Q: What is a
coach?
A: A coach is someone who is always in your corner—your ally in
discovering and actualizing your most fulfilled life.
Q: How can I determine if coaching is right for me?
A: To help you determine whether my coaching style is a right fit for
your life journey, I offer a free 30-minute phone
consultation. For more information about how I might specifically
help you, please go to the “How Can I Help
You” page of this site.
Q: How much does coaching cost?
A: My fee is $225 per month. We’ll meet by phone once a week for
45 minutes during the first three weeks of the month. You’ll also
have the opportunity for unlimited e-mail contact and “just in
time coaching” (brief calls to get support or share a success).
The fee for group coaching in the “NOW WHAT™? 90 Days to
a New Life Direction” program is $100 per month per person, with
a three-month commitment.
Q: Is there a certain length of time that I must commit to
the coaching relationship?
A: If you decide that you’d like to work with me, I’ll ask
you to make a three-month commitment. Three months is a reasonable length
of time to begin to see the fruits of our work together. After the initial
three months, you may choose to continue the coaching relationship on
a month-to-month or as-needed basis.
Q: What are your coaching credentials?
A: I am a certified personal and professional life coach. I have completed
a rigorous training and certification program at the Coaches Training
Institute (CTI) where I earned the designation of Certified Professional
Co-Active Coach. I underwent specialized training with pioneering
life coach Laura Berman Fortgang, author of Now What? 90
Days to a New Life Direction, to become an Authorized
Now What?™ Program Facilitator. I was also trained and certified
in the Life Purpose Process© at the Life Purpose Institute. I am credentialed
by the International Coach Federation and a founding member of the International
Association of Coaches.
